Ultra high rise maxi skirt in poplin fabric, featuring a pull-on style back elasticated waistband and ruffle tiered hem. It has a shorter interior lining. There is a small tear on the front of the skirt (pictured) and a small abrasion right above the tear. It would be easy to patch/repair. Size small and fits true to size. Laid flat, waist unstretched is 12.5", stretched is 17". Total length 36.5". Body is 60% cotton, 40% polyester. Interior lining is 100% cotton.
