Abercrombie & Fitch Emerson Tie Strap Maxi Desss

Chic top with bold blue and white pattern. Features a comfortable fit. Straps tie, so are adjustable. Never worn, new with tags. Actually sad to be selling this but haven’t worn it yet and need room in my closet! Measurements are in the photos. Length is measured from the top of the dress, where it would hit on the chest, not the straps.
