The dress is New with tag. The colors are amazing and very feminine, with lots of movement and with attention to your legs. Noticed it's button down dress all the way. I have included measurements. Noticed the back of the dress has elastic stitching with expands the pit to pit measurements a little, which I wasn't able to do laying the dress flat.
