Is the fit oversized?

It is an oversized fit in the body and shoulders, but I would say the sleeve length is a true XS. When I purchased I had hoped the sleeve length would be oversized too, but the sleeves stop a little above my wrist bone. For reference though, I am 5'9" and have longer arms.
