coolfitsfashion it wont let me release payment or cancel the order i just tried because the item is in transit... could you contact poshmark support? or ask the post office to mail it to the return address?? im not sure what to do it doesnt give me an option to do anything

jewelscloset10 @coolfitsfashion hey so wanted to update you- i emailed support and they said “We see that this package has been refused and should be shipped back to the seller shortly who will need to repackage the item properly and request a new shipping label.” so i’m not sure if they’ll email you a label or if you have to ask for one? i thought normally they’d just send another one but that’s what the email said lol
