dori_holmes @donnabivi Since price was so low, it would not allow me to change the shipping to free. So I change the price to $15 and shipping to Free. Buy two of the pencils with the free shipping. That will be the same cost as the 10 pencils at $3 each and Free shipping. I will send out the 10 pencils FREE shipping as agreed upon. Hope this does not sound too confusing.
