AUTHENTIC PANDORA BRACELET W/HEART BEAD

Hello, I purchased a Pandora bracelet from a fellow posher here, she was accurate about the description besides the size, so I was aware of it's other imperfections. She said 7.1 inch so it's for a larger wrist. I needed a 6.7inch. it has a tiny pull as noticed on the end but it's not in danger and also the bead is stuck it twist down but won't release maybe due to the pull I'm not sure, another posher said to maybe soak it or use a blow dryer.
