sherryv @chassidie are those slip pockets on each side on the outside? How long are the shoulder straps? Thanks!!

chassidie @sherryv those small side pockets are really only decorative for the leather ties although you could put something in them if you wanted. Inside there are two cell phone pockets (one larger than the other) and a zip pocket. Top of bag to top of strap 8.5" so it fits right over the shoulder comfortably. :)
