Anyway to return the item? The bear I received is not what’s in the picture. The feet are also very dirty. I was specifically looking at the feet in the picture before the purchase. The bear that arrived has light tan feet and not dark like the picture. Same with the bow. I would have sent a direct message but don't know how to do so! The packaged arrived beautifully and I love the extra gift! Smells great. The pouch is also beautiful!
