Is this an off-the-shoulder dress?

@nanscorner hello thank you for your question and interest in this item. The neck of the dress is more rounded than off the shoulder when worn. However it’s stretchy so you could very well wear it off of your shoulders. I liked the round feature worn with a pendant necklace or choker. Hope this answers your question. Have an amazing week.
