ASOS pale yellow polka dot dress size 2 runs big

This is from ASOS curvy line. The tag says it’s a 2 but the dress fits more like a 6/medium. The ogiginal belt was replaced with a thin black one which I will include. It’s a fun dress free of flaws :)
