Hey does this dress have any stretch around the hip area?

@chantelholla725 this is what the descriptions says on the website about the material: “Chiffon: sheer, lightweight fabric with a grainy feel
Lining: 100% Polyester, Shell: 100% Nylon, Trim: 100% Polyester.”
The liner is not a very stretchy material. Also of note is that the liner does not go to the ground, just to a little above my knee (I’m 5’2), so walking isn’t restricted by the liner
