Reposhing this item I purchased from @fernstreetfinds. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Quality of fabric is excellent and thick!! NWT ASOS Luxe Extreme Sleeve Belted Mini Dress in Retro Floral Print. Off shoulder cut. Super 60's/70's look to the print. Long puff sleeves with elastic wrists and bell cuffs. Hidden back zip. Cute wide belt with the same print as the dress. Very thick 100% cotton outer with super soft lining (everywhere but the sleeves). New with tags and no flaws. Size 4, but fits small in my opinion. Please check measurements. Length: 27" chest to hem P2P: 14.5" (hits lower down from the armpit than most dresses) Waist: 13.5" Hips: 18"
