Does this dress have any stretch? Is there an ASOS maternity size chart?

@levenk1 This has a polyester lining and a lace overlay. The lining has a bit of stretch in it but there is no Spandex.

@levenk1 Pit to pit laying flat is 17 in. Under bust is 16 in shoulder to hem is 41 in belly area is kinda hard to measure as it is gathered on the sides but it appears to be about 20.5 inches laying flat. Keep in mind that this dress is off the shoulder so I do not know how that affects measurements.
It is an absolutely gorgeous blue and the cut of the dress is classy and flattering.
