These heels are from ASOS. They are US 7 but run large. They fit more like a 7.5. They are new and have never been worn. I bought them for a wedding but they are too big and I wasn’t able to return them. They have a few scuffs where I think they missed painting them when they were made. It’s not really noticeable.
