@wendy1073 Hi, this dress has no stretch to it, it’s polyester, not thick or bulky though. The chest measurement is 21 inches. I do not have any pics with it on, sorry. ❤️

@wendy1073 I can def say if your looking for more of a rayon, cottony dress, this one is more of an occasion dress, holds its shape and does not wrinkle, so a bit more like a wedding venue and not a summer outdoor event type of dress.
