ASOS Design Off Shoulder Midi Dress

Brand new! Tags still attached (did not come with sizing tag) It’s a wrap style dress The pattern is beautiful. There appears to be a slight imperfection (see pics) with the pattern as a I noticed a small dot near in the chest area (see pic).
