This is a new without tag ASOS blouse with ruffles in the front. It is floral and sheer and has metallic threads. The material is super super soft. It has ruffles at the chest and can be completely buttoned up. Its a size XL, but runs a bit oversized. Can be used as is or used for layering with a sweater. Purchased in the UK. Questions?
