Bright vibrant floral dress featuring a plunging Vneck, smocked waistband and dramatic long balloon sleeves. Lightweight flowy sheer chiffon shell with pinks, oranges and green floral print. Lining is opaque pink. Fully lined except for the sleeves. The smocked waistband has 4 matching buttons front midline. There is a mini ruffle beneath the waistband that is frayed.
