Black and white Floral and spot print Sweetheart neck Shirred top Tie front Ruffle hem Regular fit Lightweight fabric Main: 100% Viscos while laying flat: 34 inches shoulder to hem, 14.5 inches straight across the waist and 15 inches armpit to armpit. The waist and bust measurement are the Shirred area of the fabric so there is a fair amount of stretch. It is featured on my size medium dress form where it fits well.
