This dress is HEAVY it weighs almost 4 pounds.The discs are plastic, they have some scratches on some, some have little bubbles where the overlayer material isnt perfectly flat, a few are bent slightly. I think all of this is normal with this type of plastic disc that is rubbing against the other ones and mobile. If some areas look bare, just twist the discs, they can get turned the wrong way and look like one is missing, but if you turn the discs, it will look filled in.
