RARE AND UNIQUE ASIAN NATURAL GREEN AND BROWN JADEITE TWO FISH DOUBLE-SIDED PENDANT WITH 24" LONG CHAMOIS NECKLACE FOR $12 - Rare Jade Pendant was made by the Renowned Jewelry Designer Harry Fireside in San Francisco. Harry achieved international recognition for his unique Earrings, Necklaces & other creations. He sold them through his Boutique in the Russian Hill area of San Francisco called In My Dreams & Saks Fifth Avenue. Harry favored Jade, Pearls & Tourmalines in his jewelry, and many pieces have sold for $10,000+. His designs were influenced by his love of Asia, as he grew up near Chinatown. He said he "fell in love with Chinese everything. Everything has a meaning." This Two Fish Pendant also has a meaning. Two Fish are representative of the Pisces astrology sign. There is a hole carved in the side of one fish for a whistle. The whistle aspect of the Pisces sign is associated with empathy, intuition & creativity. Pisces are known for their deep emotional connections & ability to understand the feelings of others, which can be likened to the sound of a whistle that captures the essence of emotions. The Jade Pendant is hand-carved. It ties for closure and can be adjusted by retying. Dimensions of Necklace are 24" L x .25" W and Pendant is 2" L x 1 3/8" W. Jade Pendant belonged to my Mother and is vintage. In Like New Condition, rarely worn, with small repair to Jade tail. Chamois Necklace has folds in it as it has been folded in the original box, which is included.
