2blabs @alcott5014 pretty much exactly 11 inch measuring the bottom of the sole for size 38. But you have to consider the these have lug soles so they stick out about a 1/4 inch on each side. So that takes you to about 10.5” and that is the outside. The inside will be a bit smaller but it is impossible to get a tape measure inside.

2blabs @maryflynn00013 I hear they run a bit large. 39 is sold out. I think I have one pair in size 38 but I can’t guarantee they fit. But if they are too small you can take them to a cobbler and have them stretched. I hear it is not very expensive.
