AS SEEN ON TV 100 FOOT ROLLER MEASURING DEVISE WITH DIGITAL READ OUT

This item is from either 1978 or 1979 both dates are on the box. This is an As seen on tv item that is still sealed in the original shrink wrap , there is a tear in the shrink wrap of about 4 inches long by 2 inches wide , all of the shrink wrap is still there. Item was bought by my mother back in the late 70's at an Osco drug store for 17.88 and was never opened just sat around for all these years . Can not say for sure what the condition of the item is inside the box other then it's never been opened , so should be in new like condition weather it works or not is another question this is not being sold to be used but as a collectible for those out there that collect old tools and for those that collect as seen on TV items. Seeing I have no clue what this item is worth decided to sell it for the same 17.88 that is was originally sold for over 40 years ago.
