The slightly domed, openwork, Silver Rhodium Plate Base is extremely detailed with tiny floral leaves. Cinnamon Spice and Light Caramel, Faceted, Round Crystal Rhinestones are individually hand set throughout. Some have an open-back setting. Signed "ART©" Excellent condition - looks unused.
