ART CLASS Shrug Black Floral Print Short Sleeve Open Front-Small

Gently used lightweight 100% rayon open front shrug with short flutter sleeves. Black with pink floral print. Tag says L (10/12) but I believe it is a girls or juniors large and I estimate it to be a women's small based on how it fits my mannequin and the overall measurements. Measures 19" pit to pit and 17" from shoulder to shortest part of hem. Mannequin is a size 4/6 (for reference).
