These will fit a 30-31 waist. The petit is there slim/skinny jean. On top of the slim fit, I had these tailored to be shorter. They sit just at the top of my ankloes now and I typically wear these jeans with things like heavy sandals or sockless loafers or slip-ons for a very European look. Again, see pics for all measurements. For reference, I am 5'9'' and these fit me well without looking like cropped pants. I definitely gave these a lot of wear and you can see that in the unique patina with things like faded honey combs, whiskers, and more. No crotch blowouts. Selling cause I am downsizing my closet and I have plenty other raw denim and APC already.
