A.P.C. Belted Wool & Alpaca Chocolate Brown Trench Coat

85% wool, 15% alpaca Lined, 2 front slip on pocket With adjustable and removable belt Back bent Size 36 which as per brand size chart conversion is equivalent to US Small Mild scuffing and some lint, 3 of the 5 metal ring for the belt is missing but this does that affect the functionality since fabric is substantial enough, and the belt can be adjusted by just the belt buckle (pls refer to last 2 pictures for the mentioned flaws, otherwise - in good preowned condition for what I think is a vintage item (not 100% sure if it’s vintage but tag looks really old) Measurements and fabric comps in pictures Also, there is this ring loop attached on shoulders - don’t have any idea what is this for
