ANTIQUE WRITING SANDER HAND FORGED POUNCE POT

This delightful antique sander or pounce pot was hand forged. Used to aid in absorbing wet ink before a letter was sealed, it’s in terrific vintage condition. Consistent with age & use, there is a patina on the metal, which I believe enhances its antique beauty! Measuring 3”x2-3/4”, it is perfect for a Victorian, turn of century, Art Deco, primitive, industrial, or steampunk decor!
