@thebohoblonde The garland is no longer on Anthropolgie's website, so I don't know the exact description, but the ornaments look like little bells to me. I added 2 more pictures that show the garland hanging on the wall. The chain has a tie-knot loop on one end to hang it vertically, but I am sure it could be draped horizontally as well if you prefer.
