Adorable & well made party dress. Beautiful lace top & embroidered scallop pattern on skirt. Light pink lining under skirt. Can be worn as strapless or with straps. In good condition. Approx measurements: Chest: ~15" Skirt length: ~20.5" Optional straps never used but have yellowed slightly from age. Non-visible (when worn) water stain on under-lining.
