Pretty for any time ! This shift dress is fully lined. Standup collar that becomes a tie on the left side. Since it’s the same fabric as the dress it was hard to capture. It is 17” long. There is a small ruffle feature at the hem so it looks fuller. Zipper plus hook and eye closure. Measurements: Bust: 20” Length: 35” Width at hem: 22” then 26” ruffle.
