Beautiful ANN TAYLOR PETITES skirt. GORGEOUS 100% SILK SHELL 100% ACETATE LINING (WHICH HAS BEEN CUT TO BE RIGHT ABOVE THE KNEE) THE SKIRT HANGS DOWN ABOUT 6" LONGER. I just didnt like the way it looked with that slip showing so I shortened it. So it does still have a built in slip.lol My Mannequin is a US size 6. This skirt fits it perfectly. It also fit me when I was a size 6. I am not petite but loved the length, right below my knee(I am 5'5") Feel free to ask me any questions
