Item pulls on over-the-hips and has zip-fly closure with two metal tabs at front waist, elasticized at back of waist. Attached fabric belt at front waist, pleated front, two front pockets. Approximate unstretched measurements are 27” at waist, up to 50” at hips, 37” in length, 23 1/2” inseam, 15” front rise and a whopping 36” around cuffs! Gently-used condition!
