AMERICAN RAG TOP

American rag top in black with pretty rose pattern has ruffle detail at neck, pleating in front by fabric covered buttons and a little in back at top of neck, shirttail hem with side slits, and cool bell sleeves. Soft fabric hangs nicely on body. Excellent condition. Measurements while laying flat: Pit to pit - 23”; Length, shoulder to hem at longest point - 28”. REALLY PRETTY!!😍
