This dress is absolutely gorgeous. It’s navy blue, has detailing on the front chest and a synced upper back. The straps are adjustable. And the hemline has some fluff poking out of it to give a cute fancy feel! Not sure exactly what the fabric is but it feels like silk! American Eagle Outfitters Size Small. Perfect for any dance occasion or wedding! No tags but has never been worn!!
