Shawl - Put arms through circle and lift arms overhead. Let scarf fall behind neck and drape fabric over shoulders. Layered Knee Length Skirt - Pull tube up around entire body and fasten a belt or string around waist. Let excess fabric hang over as a second layer of the skirt.
