AMERICAN 1900 Art Nouveau Scrolled Brooch In 14Kt Turquoise

American art nouveau brooch with turquoise. This is a beautiful elegant brooch, created in America during the art-nouveau period, back in the 1900. The stunning brooch has been crafted with floriated and scrolls motifs in rich yellow gold of 14 karats with satin non-polished finish. The piece has a wonderful and gorgeous antique patina and is embellished with one earth mined natural native American blue turquoise. It is fitted at the reverse with a hinged horizontal bar with a mechanical twisted lock and a hook to hang from them a pocket watch, a pendant or any dangling jewelry piece. We has not polished any of the gold parts to preserve the beautiful patina Turquoise: Mount in a bezel setting, with 1 oval cabochon cut (20 x 13 x 6 mm) carved from natural turquoise, with a weight of about 10 carats. Birthstone: Turquoise for the month of December. Weight: 7.2 Grams, (4.65 Dwt).  Measurements: 36 mm by 20 mm by 9 mm (1.42 x 0.79 x 0.35 Inches). Hallmarks: Unmarked and electronically tested for 14 kt gold. Collateral: This brooch is accompanied by a presentation jewelry box. Condition: The overall condition of this brooch is excellent. Beside the little normal wear, there is no damage to the gold. The turquoise is secured in the settings. This piece has been carefully inspected to guarantee the condition and authenticity.
