AMAZING one of a kind vintage balloony vest, hits mid to lower thigh, fits like a M/L. Fits like a generous medium or a slightly snug in chest large. My daughter is a medium and it was roomy on her but worked! I am a large (with a larger chest and it pulled a bit in the back across chest... but looked cute! We are both tall so it hit more mid thigh but could easily go to lower thigh like a mini dress look! Pair with a mini skirt and high boots, flared jeans, or bell bottoms... the possibilities are endless with this vintage GEM! Silky lining, fur (I assume faux fur) outer.
