AMAZING Vintage sweater/jacket with shell button

Love this sweater-jacket! This is legit vintage 100% wool cardigan, made in Italy. The buttons are some sort of natural looking material, perhaps shell? Perhaps mother of pearl, very iridescent. Please notice defects from age. The bottom button is missing, and I noted at least 1 mark on the collar of a moth hole. I did not see sizing but am guessing medium-large.
