A-Line Tiered Strapless Ruffle Dress Size 10 or 12

This dress is absolutely beautiful and well-made, but unfortunately did not fit my daughter. I paid $114 on Stacees.com, but it is not worth returning due to shipping costs. My loss is your gain!  The size is labeled as a 12, but it would fit probably more like a 10. The measurements are in the pictures. I did not check measurements before ordering the size. (My fault!!)
