I am not sure exactly what was done to it. It is label size 8, but I am a size 2 and bra 34B and it fits, not tight, but comfortably. I would say it is much more like a wedding dress 4, regular 2-4. Alterations work is quality - they did good work. Happy to send additional pics and measurements if that helps.
