singita @ariellynn1 31 inches is my measurement of the inseam, which does not match the description on the website. ALO says the inseam is 28 inches- my guess is that they measured the inseam with the pants unbuttoned while the model was wearing shoes? I am 5'9" and when I try these on with tennis shoes, they are not too long.

singita @ariellynn1 I would recommend that you look for the shorter inseam. It is advertised as 7/8 rather than full length. I really do not think this material can be taken in by a seamstress.
