toriidenae Hello, does the bag have a slouch to it like it’s been worn or is it structured? And is the part of the bag that the top handles are connected to pulling the bag in or out?

coach @toriidenae Hi there! The bag is more structured, one image does show a slight slouch but is more so about how much is in the bag. The longer straps are removeable, if you don't want to use them, and only use the smaller straps. Hope this helps!

poshval22 @coach Mine looked much worse than "in almost perfect condition". There are deep creases on both sides of the bag (the main faces--not the gussets) from the shorter double handles being stored inwards w/ next to no padding, and one side has double creases! I doubt these will ever go away. There are also multiple blemishes on one side. I would've been better off buying this Rogue preloved from a seller on Poshmark. Very disappointing experience! My 'almost perfect' bag looks pretty used/beat up.

poshval22 @toriidenae One side of my bag had double creases: a crease from the glovetanned leather handle being stored inwards (the shortest handles that give the bag its signature 'Rogue' look), and another crease from the shoulder strap being stored inwards with next to no padding. So I have two U-shaped creases that may or may not go away with time/restructuring. Just wanted to make you aware. You may get lucky and receive a much better bag than I did. Just wanted to be honest based on what I received.

poshval22 @simplchiccloset mine was deep burgundy suede lining on the outer compartments, grey fabric on the inside zippered one. That’s one of the main reasons I bought it actually since I dislike the Rogues with yellow suede lining. Hope this helps!

I think they should call it “imperfect/returned merchandise” as “almost perfect” has a whole different meaning in the minds of potential buyers who will expect very minor imperfections and may think ‘may have creases or blemishes’ is just a slight occasional warning. Photos would definitely help. As the saying goes: expectation is the killer of joy! 🙂 And we’re not getting this bag for free, we’re paying for it +sales tax + shipping on some listings.

annazhao Feedback: Highly recommend to drop the price more- some of these product prices are the same as coachoutlet brand new non-defective items. I feel like for customers to take the risk of buying imperfect bags without disclosing the condition upfront and making it nonrefundable, the price has to be low enough or else customer will be upset, especially if they can add alittle more and get a brand new one that’s returnable. Thanks! Rogue can be 150-200. Outlet bags should be under 100.
