I ordered this in a Size 4, but had an extra 5 inches added to the hem to accommodate my height. The dress was ultimately never worn (the sizing wasn’t right for me). If you plan to wear heels, the extra length should be perfect. Measurements are in the photos as well as a screenshot from the Dessy website on the typical measurements for a 4.
