Pre-owned and in Good Condition. Used only as a display. The front of the plate is in Perfect Chip free condition. The underside of the plate has a few small chips at the edge (see pics) but has does not affect the front Listing Much more from Grandparents estate. They used this only as a display. The Medway Flow Blue pattern is characterized by a floral and scroll design on the rim in a blue/gray transferware style.
