ALEXIS BITTAR 'Bermuda Blue Sky' Handcarved Lucite Pendant Necklace

Stunning handcarved lucite pendant in dazzling 'Bermuda Blue Sky'. It can vary in color from blue to light blue-green, depending on the lighting. The necklace, a gold caped chain, extends 16" with a 2" extender for comfort. The unusual shape of the lucite pendant, accented with a silvertone collar, is exquisite, typical of Alexis Bittar designs. The brand cartouche is afixed to the backside. I did not purchase this piece, but I received it as a gift. I admit that I wondered why the designer combined silvertone with a capped gold chain. I am guessing it is a stylistic touch of the designer. Nevertheless, it is a lovely piece of art.
