tsales @tudorhome .. Hi, sorry for the delayed response. The dress has a drawstring on the side to make it tighter or looser. Its a flowy dress too. I am a 34D, waist( 27) hips 37.. and I have room in it. 😊 I measured straight across the waist and it read 34in.
