AKS Boxy Black 100% Tencel Cropped Top needs seamstress to repair torn sleeve L

AKS Boxy Black 100% Tencel Cropped Top (with mother of pearl buttons) needs seamstress to repair torn sleeve & cuff L - this is a great top in good used condition, except the sleeve met its match, a barbed wire fence, that claimed the sleeve and the cuff on the right arm. The tear is located below the elbow approximately 15 inches from the shoulder seam (there is a piece of white paper to help clearly show the tear). The length of the sleeve from the seam to the cuff is approximately 22 1/2 inches. See photos for more details. If you sew, the sleeves can be cut off and hemmed making the top short sleeved. Or is might be possible to add a piece of wide trim to the torn sleeve and cuff or both sleeves and cuffs. This top has 5 mother of pearl buttons that could be used for another item. I debated throwing it out but I don’t want to send it to the landfill if someone can repair it. This top is approximately 23 inches from pit to pit and 21 1/2 inches from the top of the shoulder to the hem. It is priced cheaper than it would cost to buy the mother of pearl buttons.
