Barely used diffuser. Works perfectly. Its a nice addition to any space either for health, relaxation or invigorating. Plastic wheel rotates through water with oil drops in it. A fan behind the wheel creates a strong cold wind that picks up the water and oil mixture and diffuses it into the air. The process is called Cold Air Condensation. It has hide-away cord storage located in the base of the unit. 6" tall x 4½" wide x 8" deep
